The process for SAT test registration can be done online from the official website of the College Board, the organization that administers the SAT. The six steps involved in SAT exam registration are:
Create an account on the College Board website – satsuit.collegeboard.org.
You can also register for the SAT by mail, if you are under 13 years old, or if you need to pay by check or money order. You can find the instructions and forms for mail registration on the College Board website.
At this time, registration is open for all students for the entire 2023–24 testing year.

The SAT registration fee is $60, plus a $43 regional fee, for students taking the test outside the United States.
Additional fees are charged for these services. All additional fees related to digital testing are the same regardless of whether students choose to test inside or outside the United States.
